L&rsquo;ETIAS diff\u00e8re donc d&rsquo;un <strong>visa Schengen<\/strong> des mani\u00e8res suivantes :<\/p><ul><li>L&rsquo;autorisation ETIAS n&rsquo;est pas accessible via les consulats ou les ambassades.<\/li><li>ETIAS ne vous oblige pas \u00e0 fournir des donn\u00e9es biom\u00e9triques, telles que des empreintes digitales.<\/li><li>Les frais de <strong>demande ETIAS <\/strong>sont bien inf\u00e9rieurs par rapport aux frais de demande de visa Schengen (7 EUR et 80 EUR, respectivement). De plus, vous n&rsquo;avez pas besoin de pr\u00e9senter vos informations financi\u00e8res pour obtenir un ETIAS.<\/li><li>Le remplissage du formulaire ETIAS prend quelques minutes ; la dur\u00e9e pour remplir une demande de visa Schengen est beaucoup plus longue, vous obligeant \u00e0 remplir plusieurs pages et \u00e0 fournir plusieurs documents suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li><li>La dur\u00e9e de traitement pour une autorisation ETIAS est nettement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle d&rsquo;un visa Schengen (10 minutes en moyenne contre 15 jours en moyenne).<\/li><li>Les ETIAS sont valables pour une entr\u00e9e illimit\u00e9e sur une p\u00e9riode de plusieurs ann\u00e9es, contrairement aux visas Schengen qui sont valables 90 jours sur une p\u00e9riode de 180 jours.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Qui est (et qui n&rsquo;est pas) concern\u00e9 par ETIAS ?<\/h2><ul><li>ETIAS n&rsquo;affectera PAS les citoyens des \u00c9tats membres Schengen.<\/li><li>ETIAS n&rsquo;affectera PAS les citoyens des \u00c9tats de l&rsquo;UE non membre de Schengen.<\/li><li>ETIAS n&rsquo;affectera PAS les citoyens d&rsquo;\u00c9tats tiers qui ont besoin d&rsquo;un visa pour se rendre dans la zone Schengen.<\/li><li>ETIAS affectera les citoyens d&rsquo;\u00c9tats non membres de l&rsquo;UE qui sont par ailleurs dispens\u00e9s de visa Schengen.<\/li><li><strong>Les citoyens des 59 pays dispens\u00e9s de visa suivants seront soumis au nouveau syst\u00e8me ETIAS :<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><table style=\"width: 100%; La d\u00e9cision qui en r\u00e9sultera d\u00e9pendra de trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments : vos r\u00e9ponses aux questions relatives \u00e0 la demande ETIAS, vos documents de voyage et la v\u00e9rification de vos ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents par rapport aux bases de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;UE.<\/li><li>La grande majorit\u00e9 des personnes ne sont pas pr\u00e9sentes dans le syst\u00e8me et re\u00e7oivent donc leur autorisation de voyage ETIAS, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9e permis de voyage ETIAS ou <strong>visa de voyage ETIAS.<\/strong><\/li><li>Ce permis est valable pour 3 ann\u00e9es ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration de votre document de voyage. Si votre candidature n&rsquo;est pas accept\u00e9e, l\u2019ETIAS vous sera refus\u00e9.<\/li><li>ETIAS fournira une justification de votre refus, et vous avez le droit de faire appel.<\/li><li>Si votre demande ETIAS est approuv\u00e9e, vous \u00eates libre de vous rendre dans la zone Schengen.
